The new LiveImaging feature of SynapSense's latest product release gives data center operators the ability to manage in real time the performance of their facilities, maximizing operating, energy and cooling efficiency in data centers of all sizes.

LiveImaging includes features that allow data center managers to gauge server performance and IT loads, coupling those tools with green IT monitoring options that offer instant mapping of thermal performance, humidity levels and pressure differentials in a facility.

The program is part of SynapSense's just-released SynapSoft 4.0 software, and the company said it will be releasing regular updates to improve the platform for further fine-tuning of data center efficiency.
